Please note: Registered Health Care Professionals (HCP) which would like to register as "Health Care Professional and Customer" proceed as follows: Login as HCP, go to the Register-Page and select "I am Health Care Professional and Customer" at the top of the online form. After that, specify your product and enter the serial or lot number for identification at the bottom of the form. Finally click on "Register".
